Shipping policy

YOU CAN COLLECT OR HAVE YOUR GOODS DELIVERED THROUGHOUT SOUTH AFRICA

We only allow you to buy and checkout what we have physically available in stock for you, so rest assured that if you have just checked out and ordered something online, we have it here at ANGRi HQ and will be prepared for collection or shipping to you immediately (during office hours).

DELIVERIES

Delivery is available in South Africa only and is calculated upon volumetric weight of goods with a minimum fee of R150 for packages and determined on volumetric weight. The delivery fee will be displayed before you checkout and recorded in your order confirmation, which will be emailed to you. By their nature, some aftermarket parts can be heavy or bulky and therefore reasonably costly to ship. The 'kg' amounts shown at checkout are the equivalent 'volumetric weights' used by shippers to calculate costs, whereby the higher of 'volumetric weight' (size of box) or actual 'mass' is charged. For lighter items in large retail boxes, you will notice a 'kg' rate much higher than the actual 'mass' of the item so therefore does not actually indicate the actual 'weight' of the item but only the 'charged for' weight buy the shippers.

Charges calculated for delivery and paid for at checkout are for main centres only. If you are in an outlying area that requires surcharges applied by our shippers, we will inform you of the extra charges (at cost) required as a top-up payment for delivery.

You will not be charged a Delivery Fee when purchasing the 'Fully Fitted' option on goods as those will need to be done at an ANGRi HQ and will therefore not be delivered to your residence. Please make the appropriate arrangement with ANGRi HQ to facilitate your booking.

FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF SA - We do not deliver outside of SA but you are still able to purchase goods from us and have it collected. Please choose 'COLLECT FROM ANGRI HQ'. You will need to change your delivery location to 'SOUTH AFRICA' (Use postcode 7441) in order to select our collection store to checkout and pay for your goods. You can then arrange your own courier and collect from 28 Mansell Road, Killarney Gardens, Cape Town, South Africa 7441. We do not arrange shipping / export to anywhere outside of South Africa.

We pack and ship (or get ready for collection) immediately during office hours and delivery of your order to a SA address will occur 2 to 4 business days (slightly longer for outlying areas) from the date that your Order confirmation is sent to you. We do not guarantee that your order will be dispatched or delivered on any particular date and time, however we will notify you as such. We endeavour to ship all items on the same day that payment confirmation is received as all of our products are in stock at ANGRi HQ unless a custom finish / paint or extra work is required.

Your order will only be delivered to a valid address in South Africa, on business days between 08h00 and 16h00 and you, or the person accepting delivery on your behalf, may be requested to produce identification, when accepting the delivery of your order.

Two attempts will be made to deliver your order and should you fail, refuse or neglect to be available and accept the order after 2 attempts, You will be liable for additional delivery charges or we may elect to cancel your order, in which event we will refund You the full transaction value less delivery charges already incurred and a 25% restocking charge.

COLLECTIONS

You will not be charged a Delivery Fee when using the 'COLLECTION' option. It is FREE to collect your order from ANGRi HQ and collections are only available for SA (and International) Customers from ANGRi HQ at 28 Mansell Road, Killarney Gardens, Cape Town during our opening hours. Orders will always be ready within an hour of your order and receipt of funds. We only allow you to buy and checkout what we have physically available in stock for you, so rest assured that if you have just ordered something online, we have it and will be ready for you to collect within the hour (during office hours).

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Within 24 hours of your Order having been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details, and unless delivered by one of our distribution partners directly...  a tracking number (if sent by our couriers).

When your order is delivered, you must immediately inspect the Products and be satisfied that the Products conform to the quality and quantity you ordered and are free from any defects. You are not able to return any Products to us with the courier and if you wish to return the products, you must follow the returns procedure, as contained in our Returns Policy, which can be found on www.angri.co.za
