Refund policy

Returns
We hope you love what you ordered, but in the rare occasion that you might not, please read the below. We will always do our best to help make the process go as smoothly as possible. Unlike most online stores, we have a physical showroom where you are able to inspect all goods available on the website for their high quality and suitability for your vehicle or wear / use, and by ordering online (which is a service put in place only for convenient payment and delivery/collection) it will have been deemed to have been the case that products bought and ordered from our online store will be treated by law in the same way as if bought personally from our physical store.

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you any partial or full refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was shipped from our facility. It must also be in the original unopened packaging and shipped back in a way to protect the retail packaging from courier labels and damage. Personal personal and safety gear items (such as Helmets, Suits, protectors) are not eligible for return as we cannot certify that despite complete packaging have not been subject to drops, damage or abuse which is not visible. Liability is on the customer to ensure the correct size is ordered.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Goods returned which do not fall under faulty or warranty based returns will be liable for a 25% restocking fee before any evaluated refund is given.

There are certain situations where none or only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Products with obvious signs of use or damage
- Products whose packaging has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Any non-defective Safety gear such as Helmets, Suits, Belts and Protectors.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are proved defective or damaged when leaving our facilities. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ANGRistore@angri.co.za and send your item to: ANGRi (pty) Ltd, 28 Mansell Road, Killarney Gardens, Cape Town 7441, Cape Town, Western Cape, 7441, South Africa. 

Shipping
To return your product, you should courier your product to: ANGRi (pty) Ltd, 28 Mansell Road, Killarney Gardens, Cape Town 7441, Cape Town, Western Cape, 7441, South Africa 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please pack your item careful to protect the packaging of the product.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
